This study analysis the financial performance of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) over the financial years 2014–15 to 2023–24. The research examines the company’s financial position through key indicators such as Profitability, liquidity, solvency and efficiency ratio on return on capital employed. As one of India’s largest and most diversified corporate entities, RIL has experienced significant expansion across energy, petrochemicals, retail, telecommunications, and emerging businesses during the period under review. The study is based on secondary data obtained from annual reports and published financial statements of the company. The main emphasis in this study has been given to evaluate the financial performance of Reliance Industries Limited with the respect to measure the impact of Profitability, liquidity, solvency and efficiency ratio on return on capital employed. Moreover, for testing the hypotheses of the study researcher run multiple regression analysis on SPSS.
